Coaching is an important partnership and a discovery call is the best way for us to get to know each other, discuss your goals and desires for your life, and determine if working together is the best next step.
SCHEDULE
Use my calendar below to schedule your session. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the link to join our call,
which will be held via zoom.
PREPARE
You’ll receive an email reminder for our call and information outlining what to expect during the call. Please plan for at least one hour.
MEET
We’ll get to know each other briefly and discuss what you desire for your life, health, career, and discuss what working together would look like.
BOOKING POLICY
We meet virtually by video call, which means you can connect with me from anywhere in the world from my Arizona base, MST.
Make sure you’re in a quiet, private place without distractions for our call, and bring your open and honest self to the conversation.
I understand that life might get in the way, but please provide 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule
